What requirements do I have to meet to apply for the DACA program?
- You must have entered the United States before your 16th birthday. You also needed to be under 31 as of June 15, 2012
- Have lived in the United States since June 15, 2007 and have been physically present in the country as of June 15, 2012.
- Not have immigration status as of June 15, 2012.
- Be enrolled in school, have graduated, or be studying toward the GED degree.
- Not having committed serious or minor crimes.
What documents do I have to include with my DACA application?
