In order for your residency not to be canceled and you can receive your ten-year green card, you must file Form I-751 within 90 days prior to the expiration of your current card.
What documents do I need to request the removal of conditions from my two-year conditional residence?
You will need to show that your marriage was in good faith, and not just to get immigration benefits.
It is important that you present documents such as summaries of your bank account, taxes, insurance payments, shared accounts or rental agreements to prove to immigration officials that your marriage is genuine.

Can I request the removal of conditions if I am divorced?
If you were divorced after obtaining your two-year conditional residence, you can still file Form I-751 at any time after your divorce to have the conditions removed and your ten-year green card issued.
